Privacy Statement

Last Updated: June 1, 2026Effective date: June 1, 2026
Our Zero-Child-Data Commitment

AlphaStack is designed to avoid the collection, storage, or processing of personal information about children. Our platform is intended for adult users (e.g., parents, educators, school leaders, and EdTech professionals) making decisions about artificial intelligence (AI) in children's lives that don’t harm children’s developmental and well-being needs.

Our platform evaluates AI products and services and gathers adult users' perspectives on AI adoption readiness, decision-making, and related experiences in homes and schools. We collect information about adult users and their perspectives, not information about specific children or their identities. Our assessments, surveys, and evaluation tools are designed to avoid the collection of children's personal information. This commitment is foundational to AlphaStack and is reflected in every part of how we operate.
